1. Our service

The website offers paid online Vedic astrology consultations under the name Astrologer Ankit Dubey Ji, based in Kanpur, India. The consultation plan, duration and price are displayed on the Pricing and Booking pages. Pooja and havan enquiries are separate from the online consultation booking.

2. Eligibility & accurate details

You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking and authorise payment. Provide accurate contact and birth details and tell us if your birth time is uncertain. Only share another person’s details where you have their permission. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure.

3. Booking & payment

Choose an available slot, enter the requested details and pay the displayed total in INR through Razorpay. A booking is confirmed only after payment verification. Sign in with the same Google account to view your appointments. If payment is debited without confirmation, contact support with your payment reference before trying again.

The price shown for your booking applies to that booking. Changes to future prices do not change an already confirmed appointment. You authorise payment only for the amount shown in checkout.

4. Joining your consultation

Appointments are scheduled in Indian Standard Time (IST). Keep your contact details current, check My appointments for the session details and have a working internet connection and device available. Tell us promptly if you cannot access your session. See the Shipping & service delivery policy for delivery and access details.

5. Cancellations, rescheduling & refunds

The Cancellation & refunds policy forms part of these terms. Review its notice periods, eligibility and processing timelines before paying. Cancelling a booking and receiving a refund are separate steps; contact support if your payment status needs clarification.

6. Nature & limits of astrology

Astrology is interpretative spiritual guidance, not a scientifically established method of predicting outcomes. We do not promise marriage, employment, legal success, improved health, financial returns or any specific result. Consult qualified professionals for medical, legal, financial or mental health decisions. Do not delay treatment or other professional assistance because of a reading.

7. Respectful use & privacy

Do not misuse the website, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorised access or harass anyone involved in a consultation. Obtain permission before recording or publicly sharing a private session. Our Privacy policy explains how booking, contact and payment-related information is handled.

8. Questions, disputes & updates

Contact us first if something goes wrong so we can review the booking and help resolve it. Applicable Indian law governs these terms, without limiting mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under law. We may update these terms for future bookings; the terms and policies presented when you booked apply to that booking.
