Google Ads measurement

We also use the Google Ads tag. It can use cookies and ad-click identifiers to attribute visits and paid bookings to advertisements. A verified booking conversion includes the amount, INR currency and transaction reference. Google processes this under its own privacy policy. Browser cookie controls and ad blockers can limit tracking.

At a glance: processing is not the same as saving

• Free calculation: birth details go to our server for calculation, without being written to a database by that route.
• Homepage pre-fill: date and time are temporarily kept in this tab’s session storage, removed when read; data older than 30 minutes is rejected when read. Closing the tab normally clears this storage.
• WhatsApp: creating a delivery link stores the calculated summary with a code valid for 48 hours; sending it links the request to your number. Marketing is optional.
• Paid consultation: submitted booking, birth, contact and payment-reference details are retained to provide the service and manage support and records.

Free kundli discovery

When you submit the free discovery form, your birth date, local time and selected city are sent to our website server solely to calculate the displayed result. This feature does not save these details to an account or database, and its response is not cached. The result remains in the open page until you refresh or close it. You can use the form without signing in; submitting the form requires your consent. Hosting providers may process ordinary connection and security metadata to operate the website.

If you tick the option to pre-fill the booking form, your birth date, time and place are kept in your browser's session storage for that tab only, never in the page address, so the booking page can fill them in. The booking page reads and deletes them straight away; details older than 30 minutes are discarded, and the browser clears session storage when you close the tab. They become part of a booking or enquiry record only if you submit that booking or WhatsApp enquiry, where you can review, change or remove them first. This is separate from the server processing needed for the free calculation.

If you ask for your result on WhatsApp, you do not type a phone number. Our website recalculates the result and sends only its text to our booking system, together with the consent wording if you tick the optional box for later messages, and stores it under a one-time code valid for 48 hours. The claim record becomes eligible for automatic database deletion seven days after code expiry (about nine days after creation); deletion may run later. WhatsApp chats and separate contact/consent records are not deleted by that timer. WhatsApp then opens with that code in a message: when you send it from your own WhatsApp to +91 89319 05441, our automated assistant on the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta) replies with your result in the same chat and links the code, and any consent, to your number (with the time). Your birth date, time and place are processed again by the website server to calculate the summary, but are not forwarded to the booking system for this delivery. If you ticked the box, we may also send you occasional messages about astrology, consultations and offers. Reply STOP on WhatsApp at any time to stop them; booking messages you need, such as confirmations, still arrive. Reply START to resume. To have your number deleted, write to support@astroankitdubey.com.

If you download the PDF summary, it is created inside your own browser from the result already on your screen; your birth details are not sent anywhere for it, and we do not receive or keep a copy.

The free kundli supports Indian cities and towns from the GeoNames dataset and birth dates from 1950 onwards. An approximate or unknown birth time does not produce a definitive ascendant; houses are then counted from the Moon sign. Contact us if your city is unavailable.

1. Information we handle

• Contact details you enter: name, email address and phone number
• Birth details: date, time if known, and place of birth
• Questions and notes you choose to share for your reading
• Google sign-in identifiers and profile information, such as your name, email and profile picture
• Appointment date, time, plan, booking status, meeting details and cancellation or rescheduling requests
• Payment references, amount and status; support communications; and technical records needed to operate and protect the service

2. Why we use it

We use this information to sign you in, prepare and provide your consultation, reserve and manage appointments, verify payments, handle refunds, send booking-related information, respond to support requests and protect the website from misuse. We may retain relevant records to meet accounting, legal and dispute-resolution obligations.

Optional questions and an unknown birth time can be left blank. Avoid sharing medical records, identity documents, banking credentials or sensitive details that are not needed for your enquiry. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Service providers & sharing

Google Firebase supports account sign-in. Razorpay processes payments and receives the payment and contact details needed for checkout. Our hosting, booking, scheduling and meeting providers process information needed to run appointments. We may disclose relevant information where required by law or to address fraud, security incidents or legal claims.

The website and booking service receive payment identifiers and transaction status. Card details, CVV and UPI PIN are entered in the payment provider’s flow and are not requested in our booking form.

4. Cookies, storage & external services

Sign-in and other essential website functions may use cookies or browser storage; your chosen language (English or Hindi) is also remembered in a cookie. Embedded YouTube videos use the youtube-nocookie.com player; interacting with a video may involve Google’s processing. If you message us on WhatsApp (+91 89319 05441), an automated assistant on the WhatsApp Business Platform answers; we keep your number and the topic of your question, not the text of your messages. If you ask to talk to our team, your messages are shown to our support team in Slack, our internal team chat, so they can reply. The automated assistant still answers common questions, and if no one replies within a few minutes it lets you know your message was received. We use the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms) to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads: it sets cookies and tells Meta which pages were visited and when certain steps happened, such as seeing a free kundli result, asking for it on WhatsApp, opening payment and completing a booking, with the plan and amount. We do not send your name, phone number, email or birth details to Meta through it, and it does not run on our admin pages. Meta may link these events to your Facebook or Instagram account under its own policies; you can control ad personalisation in your Meta ad settings or by blocking third-party cookies. Google, Razorpay, YouTube, WhatsApp and Meta operate under their own privacy policies.

Your browser settings can limit cookies or storage, but doing so may affect sign-in and booking. External service providers may process information outside your state or country.

5. Retention & protection

We retain information for as long as needed for the consultation, account and booking administration, customer support and applicable record-keeping or dispute obligations. Retention depends on the type of record and reason for keeping it. Contact us to request deletion of information no longer required.

We use access controls and the security features of our service providers to protect information. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Keep your Google account secure and never share payment passwords or one-time passwords with us.

6. Your requests & choices

Contact support@astroankitdubey.com to request access, correction or deletion, withdraw permission for optional information or raise a privacy concern. We may verify your identity before acting. Some records may need to be retained for payments, legal obligations or disputes; we will explain relevant limits. Withdrawing details needed for a consultation may prevent us from providing it.

Bookings are intended for adults aged 18 or above. If a child’s information has been shared without appropriate authorisation, contact us so it can be reviewed.
