Before you book
Which session should I choose?
Choose 18 minutes for one main concern, such as a career decision or marriage timing. Choose 27 minutes when you want to discuss several connected areas of your kundli.
What happens after payment?
Once payment is verified, your booking is confirmed. Your confirmation and booking link are sent to your email and WhatsApp. Keep your birth details and main questions ready for your selected time (IST).
I do not know my exact birth time. Can I book?
Yes. Birth details are optional while booking and can be shared before the session. Tell us if the time is unknown or approximate so the reading can account for that uncertainty.
Is the first-session price for everyone?
The 50% offer is for your first paid consultation only: ₹249 or ₹399. Regular fees are ₹499 and ₹799. Eligibility is checked before payment; the total is shown in checkout.
What if I am not satisfied with my first consultation?
Tell us within 24 hours after your first paid session ends, by email to support@astroankitdubey.com or on WhatsApp, and we refund the full fee you paid. No argument; a line on what fell short is welcome. This applies once per customer, to the first paid consultation only. Later sessions have no satisfaction refund. This is the request window, not the bank credit time.
What if my plans change?
Cancel at least 24 hours before your session for a full refund. Reschedule at least 12 hours before. Use your booking link to manage the appointment; the full policy explains the conditions.
